Universal Painting expands to West Virginia as we have been awarded work on the Star City Waste Water Treatment Plant in Morgantown, West Virginia. After David Billingsley worked with Ulliman Schutte Construction and their team for many months we are excited to be involved and work on the job. Star City Waste Water Treatment Plant provides a secondary level of treatment, using both activated sludge and rotating biological contactors (RBC) technologies. The plants current treated flow average is 10 million gallons per day.
