Universal Painting Corporation/Universal Industrial Painting Coatings and Linings was founded in Lakeland, Florida in December 1992 and incorporated in January 1993 in the State of Florida. A privately held company owned and operated by its founder, John P. Aldrich is the oldest specialty painting contractor known under the same management & ownership specializing in the coatings of Water and Waste Water facilities. John has developed strong relationships in this industry built by his reputation, knowledge and a "team" approach which allows for expansion into geographical areas that expands along the eastern coastline of the United States.
